Pick 13.11 - 299th Overall

Rondell White - CHN LF

Straying from the pitching strategy to go for Rondell White.  Super excited to find he was still available.  White will play LF against left-handed pitching in place of Berkman most games.  He raked at a .915 OPS in 2000 against southpaws.  In 2001, he had a .900 OPS against all pitching.  White is also excellent in the field and on the basepaths.  He provides excellent depth in the OF for the next few years.

A few pitchers as well as a utility player or two are on the radar.  Really need to address the bullpen seeing as I don't have a reliever on the roster yet.  But there are a lot of serviceable arms still out there.  Also need to address the backup catcher position as I-Rod plays in only 91 games this season.  Got my eye on Mike Redmond who is decent defensively and can provide some offense unlike most of the catchers left at this point.  Just not sure how soon I should pull the trigger on a backup of his caliber?
