For our purposes here, he will team with Steve Kline as the lefty's out of the pen. The bullpen, in my estimation, is a strength for the team. I've got five solid arms, three from the right side, two from the left. Much needed considering I ignored the rotation until the last possible second. Will probably add one more are arm with one of my remaining six picks.

Pick 24.11 - 573rd Overall
Alan Embree - SF RP
Let it be known, I've always been an Alan Embree fan. Not exactly sure why? But I just know I like the guy. Embree had a long career, pitching 16 years for 11 different teams. His career ERA of 4.59 is nothing to write home about. So how did he last so long in the league? Simple - he's left-handed. But Embree wasn't your typical left-handed specialist. Sure, teams brought him into games to get out the opposing left-handed batters, but he also held his own against right-handers. Maybe that's why he lasted so long in the league. Who knows.
